The original Colombian pastor was Jorge Romero who now lives in the United States. Currently Israel Roncancio is pastoring with a group of elders; Edwin Jaramillo, Javier Martinez, and William Jaramillo. The church has started another church in Soacha and has bible studies in other parts of Bogotá which they desire to see become churches.

The church is involved with various ministries, the most recent being a Bible Institute and there are a number of qualified men to teach in the Institute, some with degrees in Bible. Another ministry the church has had since the early nineteen eighties is radio programming and broadcasts have reached out to Bogotá,Villavicencio, Cali, and Fusagasuga.

Grace Missionary Bible Church has a strong practical Bible emphasis. Discipleship and growth in the lives of the believers is an ever present goal. The church also has a camp ministry for adults, youth and children. They have seen a good number of people come to the Lord through the camp ministry.

Grace Missionary Bible Church is mission minded and has a strong emphasis on tribal missions. Some from the church have gone to work with different tribal groups serving through New Tribes Mission. The church stands financially and prayerfully with the Trujillo family, the Gonzales family, and Lineth Espitia who all serve with New Tribes Mission.
